Some users complain that they don't receive a reply from DriveHQ Customer Support.

Please note DriveHQ Customer Support answers most of the emails very promptly. There are two possibilities that could have caused the problem.

(1) Your email provider has filtered DriveHQ emails. Please make sure to check your junk/bulk mail folder. If not, please contact your ISP / Email provider's customer support asking if they have blocked or filtered DriveHQ emails.

(2) DriveHQ customer support receives 1000s of spamming emails everyday. We have to rely on spam filters. Unfortunately, in some cases, customer emails also get filtered. This chance is very low at only 1%. To make sure that we receive your email, you can send email from two accounts.

To improve email communication, use a real company email instead of those free emails.
