Does DriveHQ have any plans to increase storage space for the various plans to keep up with competition? For example, Titanize, a similar though inferior service, is offering 10 GB for $60/year. Thanks.

Yes, we always keep an eye on the industry to make sure our service is extremely competitive.

Please note DriveHQ offers the highest-end service. We believe there are needs and good value of this service. Consumers spend money on USB drives, Pen drives, memory cards; they also spend money on multimedia software. Companies spend thousands of dollars on FTP and email solutions; and more money on enterprise offsite backup services. DriveHQ offers all of these benefits in our standard services. To make our service competitive, we make sure our service has the highest value -- we then set a very affordable price. So we are selling enterprise services for a consumer service prices.

We never compete with free services or cheap services. They might have a niche market, but we don't know how to make it viable in long term. Note Online Storage and Backup service is not a high-margin business. Most of these free/cheap service companies are new companies with little technology and product to offer. They might have some VC money, but they are burning money without revenue and profit model. We have seen lots of companies come and go. We believe the best value to our customers is to be in business for a long time. DriveHQ is such a company: we always look at the long-term business. we have been in business for many years; we focus on best and long-term technologies; we have a huge user base, and many of them are paying for our services.

In the past half a year, we have improved our services dramatically; we have added a lot of features and made our services more robust for very demanding business. We will continue to stay ahead of any competition.
