I can't see my website when I click on my URL.  All I see is a page that says:

How to Publish Websites on DriveHQ.com

Everything else works fine.  What am I doing wrong?

I checked your website:

http://USERNAME.drivehq.com and it works fine.

If it doesn't work, please logon www.drivehq.com, go to Online Storage & Sharing --> Publish --> Publish My Website. Disable your website and re-enable your website.

You must have a paid or True Account to publish website. In order to fight service abuse by some free users (e.g. hosting pirated software, video or porn stuff, etc.), free users cannot publish website or folders / files.

By default, the website is already published for paid members. A default web page is available at:

http://USERNAME.drivehq.com/

You can upload your own HTML files / graphics files to the wwwhome folder. Change the Home.htm file to change the website home page.

For True Members, or for paid members whose websites are damaged (e.g. wwwhome folder was deleted and re-created), you can logon www.drivehq.com, go to My Storage, click on Publish --> Publish My Website --> Disable the website and then re-enable the website. This will publish the website again.

I checked your account. Your website has been successfully published. If you still have problems, please contact DriveHQ customer support.

I guess you are confused somehow. Your website seems to work just fine at:

http://oscaravila.drivehq.com/

It is now displaying the default website. You can change the Home.htm file to change your home page. If you use other file (e.g. index.htm) as the home page, you can make a copy of index.htm, then delete home.htm file, and rename the copy of index.htm to home.htm.

Well, I am not sure how to explain it in a better way. If you see that page, it means your website has already been published on DriveHQ and it works fine.

If you have your own web pages, please just copy / upload the files to this wwwhome folder. Files in the wwwhome folder can be accessed as:

http://USERNAME.drivehq.com/FILENAME

The default home page file is home.htm. So if you enter the URL:

http://USERNAME.drivehq.com/

it is the same as:

http://USERNAME.drivehq.com/home.htm

If you want to change your default home page, you can just change the home.htm file. (delete it, and replace it with your own HTML file)

How can i access one html file from other html file within wwwhome folder?

Let's say, am trying to navigate from home.htm to welcome.html on clicking a link, how can i refer welcome.html, what's the path i have to use?

I have tried simply as "welcome.html" and even "\wwwhome\welcome.html". But its not working.

Anybody have knowledge about this, please share with us, Thanks.

Dear Customer,

From File Manager, you can view the publish link of each individual file.  You can also do so in the browser if you click on the Publish tab.

You must be a paid member or a "True" member to access the publishing features. Once you order a subscription, your website will be published automatically.

If you have a business domain email address, your account type will be set as a True account. You can logon www.drivehq.com, go to My storage, then click on Publish --> Publish My website, then click on Disable and then Re-enable your website.
