Hello,

I have a 1GB monthly plan: is it renewed automatically at the end of every month? This is my Transaction list:

Transaction ID Method Time Type Cash Amount Status Print Invoices
10126060 Online Wallet 4/30/2011 9:30:14 AM Withdrawal $ 2.12 Completed Print
9936561 PayPal 4/8/2011 3:39:23 AM Deposit $ 2.99 Completed Print
9936544 Online Wallet 4/8/2011 3:39:23 AM Withdrawal $ 2.99 Completed Print

But I don't quite understand what's up with the withdrawal/deposit thing... I personally made 1 payment on April 8th for a 1GB monthly plan, thinking it would last unti May 8th, but looks like it was automatically renewed on April 30th; and why charging 2.12$ instead of 2.99$?

Thanks

Hi,

We looked at your account details and see that your billing day is the 30th.  Billing day is the same as the day you signed up for a DriveHQ account (if it falls on 31st, it will be the 30th).  When you ordered the monthly plan on May 8, it was prorated and only lasted until your next billing day.  You should have had some leftover credit which can be used for the next billing month beginning April 30.

Ok (somehow), so I guess that my cash balance is now -2.12$ because that's the amount billed for the month of May, right? And if I deposit more than 2.12 now it'll last me until the next billing (May 20), correct? Thanks

If you deposit $2.12 now, it will last you until May 29.  If you do not wish to continue to service next month, you will have to cancel your subscription by the 29th as well.

Ok that's clear, thank you.
