Hi,

We have client reporting the following issue:

The issue occurs every so often (5-10) days for about 1-2 hours, then resolves.

During the issue, we are able to connect just fine, and a 3rd party uptime check shows no issues.

Are we able to get access to lower level logs, or are there any clues under the hood as to what the issue might be?
