Ok, I cant even begin, I get a error messege when -either im not logged into the internet (i am) and or to check my firewall or security i may have on, i dont have anything on..I can't begin at all.. Help..

Could you please elaborate on the situation.  When does the error message pop up and are you using file manager or the website?
