I have recently been getting the following error on my daily backups:

Failed to upload C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Documents\<filename> to \My Documents\My Encrypted Data\<task name> : File error

I have tried upgrading to latest build, restarting the program, restarting the computer and recreating the task with no success. There is another task that backs up the save files on a weekly basis that runs just fine. What's going on?

Could you please retry now?

During the last 12 days we had a surge of network traffic which has created quite some problems. We have added more servers and now it should be fine.

 

If you still have problems, please email DriveHQ customer support for more details.  We need to know what kind of files are in the backup source list and if you have installed the latest version Online Backup 4.0 Build 307.

Same issue here on a regular basis for a 150mb QuickBooks company file.   I'd email support, but they haven't replied to my last two emails.
