If you use an app or device that automatically logs on to our FTP server repeatedly, then you need to order a subscription. The free service can only be used for personal and casual use. A typical usage scenario is to transfer a few files using an FTP client program such as FileZilla. In your case, it seems our FTP server has blocked your account since you have logged on too many times in a short period of time.

If you use an IP camera that repeatedly uploads images / video clips to our FTP server, you need to use our CameraFTP service. (www.CameraFTP.com).
