 We have been getting billing statements monthly to our main account but now they are going to an additional company email.  How do I verify that this is NOT a virus or some sort?

If the service was ordered by you, then the billing email should be automatically sent to you. If another person in your company receives our billing email, please check if he/she ordered another subscription.

If you cannot verify the email, please feel free to forward it to us.  If the email is addressed to you, you can simply log on to DriveHQ.com website and check your account balance / transaction history online.
