I want to delete my cameras from the CameraFTP "My Cameras". The site says I need to logon as the account's Camera Admin. It also says the default password would be the same as my account. I have tried, and it doesn’t work. How can I recover my account's Camera Admin password?

If you never set your Secure Password, then it should be the same as your initial password. We can reset it to match your current password. It is recommended using a different password for the Secure Password.

You have a DriveHQ-linked CameraFTP account. In this case, the system has a bug in resetting your secure password. We will try to fix it ASAP. I have deleted the empty camera for you. (The empty camera will not cause any real problem).

I need to reset my secure password as well . 

Also  have 2 amcrest cameras and plan to purchase more of the same I can currently only able to get  one will work the other will not what do I need to do to add more cameras.

I have reset your Camera Admin Password to be the same as your regular password.  If you have already configured one camera, and if your second camera is of the same model, then you really just need to follow exactly the same steps to configure the second camera.  For Amcrest cameras, please visit:

Since you have already configured one camera, you can log in to your first Amcrest camera and review the settings that you have configured there. If you still have any problems, please email us the screenshots of your camera's configuration pages. For large enterprise customers, we might be able to offer more help such as remote trouble shooting (Please contact CameraFTP support via email).
